It seems I'm now available for Weddings, Bar Mitzvah and Yoga Workshops.....
I've been invited by my friend Óscar (Óscar Montero, Profesor de Yoga Centro Victoria) to give a workshop, my first, at his home studio/shala in León, Spain. The last couple of weeks we've been sorting out the details but now have the dates, an outline of the program and even a couple of posters, one in Spanish and the other in English.
Getting quite excited about it.

If anyone is interested in attending contact Oscar details at the bottom of the poster above.
UPDATE.
I was asked in comments below for some more details about the workshop
We're still working out the details but the Friday evening will be perhaps a discussion of Krishnamacharya's approach as found in his books, Looking at Yoga Makaranda and Yogasanagalu pretty much what I've covered in the blog. I'm no expert but have looked at these books quite closely both with Ramaswami and here but more importantly tried to explore them in my practice.
Saturday morning will be a kind of led practice/workshop in the style of Krishnamacharya's first book Yoga makaranda and Yogasanagalu relating to the earlier discussion but exploring through practice ( we did something similar with Ramaswami on his TT course). I'll seek to make it available for any level not so much difficult asana but a strong breath focus, slowing it down, perhaps some longer stays etc.
the second workshop will look at Krishnamacharya's later work as taught by Ramaswami and how I feel it can help us in our Ashtanga practice. Again, appropriate I hope for any level. The asana practice will be shorter to allow time for exploring pranayama and pratyahara as well as a little meditation practice.
That's basically the idea

Congratulations on your upcoming workshop, Grimmly! I see that you're moving up in the world of yoga :-) Unfortunately I won't be able to attend. But have you thought about possibly doing a workshop here in the U.S.? There are a couple of teachers/studios that I can think of asking who might be interested to host you. And then I'll get to finally meet you too. Let me know what you think.
Thank you re workshop Noble but no, I certainly am not going up in the yoga world nor have an intention of doing so. However, the occasional Krishnamacharya/Vinyasa Krama/Ashtanga workshop would be nice and allow me feel I'm doing my bit. I'd certainly consider it if this was the kind of thing somebody was interested in.

Oh how exiting! Great news! And even if i can´t attend, i´m eager to read your report from the workshop. A teacher´s view this time.
And i like the poster!

Congratulations...how exciting. It is beautiful how something can begin as a practice, become a passion, turn to a way of life .....and sometimes become a way of making a living. Integration on a world plane.
Hi Anthony, I live in Madrid and I usually read your post in your blog.
Congratulations for your great knowledge about Ashtanga yoga.
Last summer I was in 200h teacher training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci in Bali, was an experience very interesting for me although I'm in ashtanga only for two years.
I'm thinking to go to Mysore for three months to practice but not in KPJAYI. I think is too expensive and I've seen other options seem better .
Have you think ahout the details of workshop?
What asanas, pranayamas are you going to teach?
How much hours are into theory and practice?
It's probably I'll go to Leon in December...
Thank you.
Thank you Katja, I will pass on your appreciation of oscar's poster : )
Thank you Rani, no plans to give up the day job just yet.
Hi Jose, hope you can make it.

I take this opportunity to share my facebook wall on this event, in spanish: Estoy muuuuuuyyyyyyy emocionado de organizar este taller y profundamente agradecido a Anthony Grim Hall por haber aceptado mi petición.
Yey! You are coming to Spain!!!
León is 400 miles away from my place, but I'll consider attending the workshop.
Could you please share some more details about the timetable? At the very least I'd need to know at what time will the workshop start on Friday.
Cheers!
Hola Enrique, todavía no es definitivo el horario pero había pensado comenzar a las 19:00.
Un saludo
Looks like Oscar has replied below Enrique, 7pm on Friday, I'll leave it up to Oscar to decide on the times for Saturday ( I'm happy whatever you decide Oscar). Hope you can make it Enrique, be good to discuss Krishnamacharya with you after all our comments to each other on the blog.
Ok, so workshop will start on friday 19:00
Nice one, I bet you'll have a brilliant time, everyone will! Look forward to hearing all about it.
