organised by Nektarios and Gloria of Ashtanga yoga Crete http://yogacrete.comA great pleasure to come and offer my Vinyasa Krama workshop at my good friends, Nektarios and Gloria's shala in Chania, not once but twice during my stay in Crete.
I seem to remember I had practised that morning in Rethmno at Kristina's hola, taught the workshop in the evening then went for a two hour walk around beautiful Chania at night and then getting up early the following morning to walk six hours through the Samariá Gorge.
