Thank you Mr Grimmly.
You evoke the wisdom of the Prajna Paramita. For a little over a year I have been reading this delightful little blog. Today I am happy to say we are speaking the same parlance.

A monk asked Tung-shan, "When cold and heat come, how can we avoid them?"
Tung-shan said, "Why not go where there is neither cold nor heat?"
The monk asked, "Where is there neither cold or heat?"
Tung-shan said, "When cold, let the cold kill you;
when hot, let the heat kill you."

What if...
What if there is No Yoga
Only Yogaing
Oops, I've gone too far

Take care and keep up the good work,
Alex Yamakoa

I am also an avid soaker upper of all the amazing work you have done on this blog - it´s an invaluable source for me at the moment! it seems to me that your practise is getting deeper and deeper- i love the jazzy analogy that you have to know what you´re doing so very thoroughly before you can freeflow improvise - i suppose that´s what the years and tears (that was a typo -
but i like it!) of practise eventually flower into and so it seems like maybe it shpould all be much simpler - but you only get to that point after the years and years -.--.you get my drift? i wish you well and thank you -
