Oh my goodness, talk about firm adjustments... That poor guy in Upavishta Konasana.
...and yet there's a tenderness too.
That's some really great stuff, no nonsense yoga. Can't wait to see more from Glimpses of Guruji.
PS: The place looks great! Love the new look.
I can't get over the size of the room and how few students, let alone that they all seem a little older than usual. he must have loved it.
Thanks, cleaned up a little. The main picture is a bit big, bit in your face but I love it, it kind of happened by accident , I hit pause on the slideshow and it just happened to be as one shot was transisioning into another, took a screenshot then did it again.
it's awesome to see Guruji adjusting older, not so flexible students, loved the older gentleman in the gold pants, thanks for sharing and by the way I really like the name of your book, very encouraging:)especially since you walked and still walk that path, well done:)
I wish I had someone to roll me around in Garba Pindasana! I find these videos really fascinating at this point in my practice, because for the first time in many years I have left the security of my home shala to practice with an actual teacher. What I wouldn't give to be in that room with Guruji though!
It's lovely seeing Guruji with such a "normal" group of people, so different to the yoga works vids. Really nice.
like the new page look. Thanks for all the Guru-ji links!
