"Sorry Satya, one more thing I've been meaning to ask. Something happens on page 83. Is that K's name at the end of the page suggesting the end of the original book. Which would mean that p84-102 would be the last chapter (quite long) added later along with the pictures? Does that make sense.
Sorry jumping ahead a bit, curious.
Long weekend off here for the Queens Diamond Jubilee, chance for long slow practices.
all the best

"Hi Anthony,
Hope you had a good long weekend.
You are correct, the last chapter starting on page 84 is titled "For Remembrance" is a general recap of points he made in earlier chapters including many new tit bits on how and when to practice, different body types, more details on Nadishodana pranayama etc. He does cover lots of ground though. This paragraph on page 87 caught my attention " ...during exhalation, do it with the thought of offering yourself to god, during inhalation, think of bringing in god into your heart and during kumbhaka think of dharana and dhyana. This type of reflection improves concentration."
After the general discussion, he goes into discuss postures in photos 1 -11 in detail.
Regards,
Satya"
