So much tighter than Mysore Magic, imo, tho it looks to be outakes from that. I like that Kino touches on injuries. Thanks for posting.

Does this suggest your becoming tempted by Mysore again?

I think I agree Anon 1, was a bit disappointed with MM, prefered the older GURU movie. Haven't really listened to the interview in this one yet, music was bugging me so I turned the sound off, liked the shala shots though.

Doesn't seem so busy, did they cut the numbers down for the filming I wonder.

No, not really Anon , I dont tend to structure my Ashtanga practice this way anymore so there wouldn't be much point.

Still, I practiced this way for quite a while so still apreciate it, figured many who still visit here would enjoy it too.

That said everybody seems to have posted it on thier blogs, be hard to miss it.

actually this is made by the same film-makers as Mysore magic, the very lovely & talented Angie & Jim. The reason you maybe don't think the shala looks busy is because the led class shown is the intermediate one, and not many have the (dubious!) honour of being asked to attend that. The mysore practice shown in the film is representative of how it really looks in the shala.
