I tried posted the link to the one below in Yogadork's comments, it posted the comment but dropped the link, a way of eliminating spam perhaps.

Anyone know anything thing about Edward Haine mentioned on the video, it says he went to India in the 50's for three months, came back and taught yoga, wondering where he was in India. A British Richard Hittleman perhaps?
