boy does she make it look easy. don't even dare get my camera out while working on this, probably should though, see what exactly is happening..
i Know, took me about ten breaths to get into kapilasana, suffling my leg down my back. Love how she works Yogi dandasana, I was doing it by leaning forward and far over to the side to get my leg under my arm, she 'just' rotates the hip the whole way. haven't played with these for a bit was going to wait until the warmer weather but...........
It's all about the hip joint, knee's hardly involved.
