Ramaswami asked his students to post some videos of their Vinyasa Krama practice. My friend Wyatt, whom I met on Ramaswami's TT course in 2010, has posted a few, the most recent, below, are of the Asymmetric sequence.
This was my favourite sequence for a long time (currently it's the Bow and Meditative sequences), it starts off with postures familiar to Ashtangi's from the beginning of Primary and develops those posture into preparation for a variety of leg behind head postures that in Ashtanga we encounter in 2nd and 3rd series, Here the posture gradually build up each one leading logically to the next.
Wyatt now teaches in Portland OR. at YOGA on YAMHILL he's one of the nicest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet....also one of the tallest

ha ha yoga doesn't seem to help my spelling, I fixed it though.
I didn't notice Wyatt, just changed my own and to think I got into yoga to help my typing.
Really like the look of these videos, the brickwork and giant window pic behind.
btw what's the music?
Music is David Newman aka Durga Das. I think it is Hanuman Chalisa album. His songs go on and on and on. .. I like , and also Jai Uttal is another one I have been listening to but more for when I am doing seva studio
