Same talk as I posted a couple of weeks ago from the sewell archive but this version has better sound, a transcript and is intercut with a lot of old video clips of Pattabhi Jois adjusting.
Personally, practicing at home, I've never felt I was missing out on hands on adjustments, you get there eventually....or not.
Just tried watching it back here and it seems the running transcription (that white line running along the screen) only works when watching it on Youtube
