the mala beads one buys in temples have 108 beads. i asked the teacher what the numbers stand for. he said for the number of ailments that we humans can suffer from.
when you did your dropback only practice last week, was that the only asana you did during the session? i should try that. it may make me reach the floor by me-self sooner.

Hi Arturo. Yep, I was doing it as a stand alone evening practice. Just a little prep before hand and then straight in. Once you get the rhythm going it's not tiring so this week I'm adding it into my normal practice in the mornings. Good luck with it.
