Loving this work from Boodiba on her blog http://boodiba3.blogspot.com/2009/04/its-really-hard-in-lot-of-ways-to-watch.html and on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/user/boodiba
Inspiring stuff and just great fun to watch. You like drama, watch those hands. Found I had my mouth hanging open on this Kapo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMgoKZH3Dkk&feature=channel_page couldn't believe how long she held it, and ashamed at how quickly I wimp out. Going to cowboy up for this mornings intermediate.
Great Karandavasana work too that I wish she'd posted two weeks ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H00yREy053M&feature=channel Interesting use of the strap but mostly struck by how she just comes down and and goes back up again. There's me thinking I'm missing something in my technique, but here it's more about strength, internal as well as muscular plus great control and determination. I need to gladiator up.
And this Supta vajrasana http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=539MEJiDYYE&feature=channel posted this morning, with a jump back from lotus that I haven't seen on Youtube till now. This, another pose I need to ......Jedi up on.
Other great work in progress videos from lcrandall that I've been a fan of for ages, found here http://www.youtube.com/user/lcrandall30 and of course TheRealYogaChickie's work on backbends here http://www.youtube.com/user/TheRealYogaChickie
